They press their hands over his mouth and nose to see how long the slave can live without oxygen. He has to endure a really long time without any air because Queen Hanna is extremely unyielding and shuts off his air supply for a really long time. His attempts to breathe are immediately stopped by the girlfriends and they push him even harder! No breathing here!
